1. Seller details and scope

These Terms of Service govern purchases made by consumers through the Carlo Salvatelli online store (the “Website”). The seller is Carlo Salvatelli, with registered office at Via Boncore n. 38, 63812 Montegranaro (FM), Italy, VAT number IT02033320447, email info@carlosalvatelli.it ("Carlo Salvatelli", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms apply to purchases made by individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Wholesale purchases are governed separately through the Carlo Salvatelli B2B area.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to present products, descriptions, photographs, colours and dimensions accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your device and display settings, and dimensions may vary slightly as a result of the manufacturing process.

Our products are crafted from natural leather. Natural variations in grain, texture, shade and other characteristics are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects.

4. Availability and pricing

Product availability is subject to confirmation. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order where a product is unavailable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are correct. If a clear error in price, availability or product information is identified, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. In that case, we will inform you promptly and refund all amounts paid for the unavailable or cancelled item.

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable for sales to customers in Italy and the European Union. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before you place your order.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. The automated order-receipt email confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

The sales contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an evident pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment issues or a breach of these Terms. Where payment has already been taken, any amount due will be refunded without undue delay.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store full payment-card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, available destinations, delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The conditions, return procedure and refund arrangements are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods. If a product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to the contract, please contact us at info@carlosalvatelli.it.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, photographs, text, product designs and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Carlo Salvatelli and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available through the Website.

12. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
